WHAT WE COLLECT

We collect only the information you give us directly:

Contact details you provide when you enquire about the program, such as name, email address and phone number.

Information about the player, such as age, current club, playing position and level, which you share so we can assess whether the program is a fit.

Information you share during the program, including notes from sessions and assessments used to build and adjust the development plan.

We do not collect payment card details through this website.

INFORMATION ABOUT MINORS

The program works with players under 18. We only collect and process information about a minor when a parent or legal guardian provides it or consents to it. Reports and assessments about a player are shared only with that player's parent or legal guardian and with the coaching staff working directly with him.

If you believe we hold information about a minor without proper consent, contact us at info@ocperform.com and we will delete it.

WHY WE USE IT

To respond to your enquiry.

To assess whether the program is suitable for the player.

To design, deliver and adjust the individual development plan.

To produce the monthly report for the family.

To communicate with you about the program.

We do not sell your information. We do not share it with third parties for marketing purposes.

HOW LONG WE KEEP IT

We keep enquiry information for up to two years. We keep information about active players for the duration of the program and for up to five years afterwards, so that development history remains available if the family returns. You can ask us to delete it sooner.

YOUR RIGHTS

You can ask us to show you what information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Write to info@ocperform.com and we will respond within thirty days.

If you are in the European Union, you also have the right to object to processing, to request that we limit it, and to receive your data in a portable format. You have the right to lodge a complaint with your national data protection authority.

If you are in Florida or elsewhere in the United States, your rights depend on your state of residence. Write to us and we will tell you what applies.

INTERNATIONAL TRANSFERS

The program operates in the United States and in Spain. Information may be transferred between the two. We take reasonable measures to protect it in transit and at rest.

SECURITY

We store information on services that require authentication and we limit access to the people who need it to do their work. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

CHANGES

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page.
